Our prominent clients in the banking sector include the entire building of ICICI Bank, Aundh branch. The commercial complex for HDFC Bank is a beaming example of our success, which houses their entire Wholesale Banking Department.
Our commercial complex, Fortune Center, is acquired by Development Bank of Singapore (DBS).

The driving force of the Company since the beginning, Mr. Sanjay Ruikar is a Civil Engineer from College of Engineering, Pune. An extensive on-site experience and a never compromising nature, he is the inspiration for all the Company employees, instilling in the Company its principles: ‘Quality and Reliability’.
Mr. Ketan Ruikar
Like father, like son! Caretaker of the entire Management of the Organization, with the mantle of leadership, Mr. Ketan Ruikar, also inherited his illustrious father’s visionary capabilities. Under his able supervision, the group’s business has increased manifold, spreading not just geographically but also in innovative
ability, with a growing number of landmark projects.
Mr. Anish Ruikar
With 19 years of experience under his belt, Anish has completed a countless
number of projects. Having inherited the legacy and goodwill earned by his father Mr. Sanjay Ruikar, he dedicates to take his company to even greater heights. Anish’s commitment to service excellence and quality construction has helped him build a stellar reputation among his clients and peers in the industry. Anish’s success is based on his deep understanding of the construction industry and his ability to capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities.
Arch. Abhireeka Ruikar
Behind every successful man is a hardworking woman, but here we can say
“behind Ruikar Group’s success is Arch. Abhireeka Ruikar”. In addition to lending
an able hand to the architectural division of the Company, she also works tirelessly over the coordination, administration and interior work.
Adv. Amruta Ruikar (LLB)
A lawyer by profession, Amruta attained law at Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
Having an in-house legal counsel makes good business sense as it requires
